Throughout his life, Dr. Lawrenz impacted many around the world - from his teaching in America, Europe, and Asia. We are especially thankful for his service in Hong Kong from 2003-2013. During this time, God used him to start Asia Lutheran Seminary and to build it into the institution it is today. With the start of this Fall Semester, ALS has entered into its 20th academic year (more information on that in the months ahead). We are so thankful to God for this privilege to serve God’s people. We pray that our students have a blessed and fruitful year as they learn God’s Word and grow in their faith.
